How to register Macbook Pro.

I bought my MacBook Pro last summer for a project, but I didnt register it, thinking I was gonna sell it. Now that Ive decided not to sell it I cant find the registration form anymore.

Where is it. How do I register it now?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

I don't think there is a registration "form"; I've always registered my products online here:

https://register.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/GlobaliReg.woa

Just follow the prompts and at some point enter your serial number; it should then tell you the date the warranty ends.
