Automator Find Finder Items behaving different in Leopard?

I had a workflow that worked well in Tiger to backup recently modified files. In Find Finder Items, I selected three options: Modified within last month, Kind not Folder, and Extension not mov. Leopard now seems to treat these three conditions as OR, -- thus it not only retrieves recently modified files, but all folders, and then everything that is not .mov

Any ideas? Or a simple workaround?

no, it should treat these conditions as AND. It does for me.

Don't know why it works like this for you. One thing to check. make sure you don't simply reuse the old workflow from Tiger. You need to recreate it from scratch even if it uses the same actions.

Yes, I was aware of changes in Leopard version, and did recreate the workflow from scratch. If you get AND, as expected, I wonder if there is some hidden AND/OR setting somewhere?
