Error code 4300

Hey I can't burn cds on my new computer.

I slowed the disc burning to 4x and still not working. Any suggestions?

I thought there were apple people on this forums? can someone atleast tell me what error code 4300 means?

Is it the cd, the burner or the drivers or itunes in vista?

It wouldn't be all that bad if I could burn itune music files with some other program but I am stuck with itunes so can a apple person help me?
