Any ISO apps for Mac out there, such as UltraISO?

So i have been using UltraISO and it's $30 to buy it, i would buy it but it wouldn't be worth it for me since i rarely use it.

Is there anything else out there that free or cheaper then UltraISO?

So far i found this

It's called a DMG converter, does that mean that my file has to be a DMG file in order to be converted to an ISO file?
