at export only delete exifdata

I like to create work copys (tiffs) without my exif data. At export, copy, its possible to enable the checkbox (include metadata), all metadata is deleted including my exifs, thats fine but I like to hold data like copyright and so on. Is there a possibility only to delete exif data, or a workaround?
