Cannot Trash Eternal Folder Chain

I screwed up, I'll admit it. I thought I was being savvy when I created one of my first Automator workflows. But I did it wrong. Really wrong.

The workflow was going to create 20 folders, each named Module N (where N are numbers 1-20). Each folder was going to have 3 nested folders named Mod N Assignments, Mod N Lessons, and Mod N Documents. I did it wrong though. My workflow created a the directory Module N and put Mod N Assignments in there, but it put Mod N Lessons inside that directory, and Mod N Documents in that one, and LOOPED!

So my directory structure is: /Module N/Mod N Assignments/Mod N Lessons/Mod N Documents/Module N/Mod N Assignments/Mod N Lessons/... it keeps going

So now that you have some background information, let me get right down to the problem. (I did create a successful workflow in the end however) I cannot delete these files.

Please help.

Ooohhh! I created one of those monstrosities once while fiddling with something I didn't understand. It was several years ago, so I'm not positive, but I think I had to boot from the install disk, and run Disk Utility->Repair Disk. The parent folder could then be trashed. If that doesn't do it and you have Disk Warrior, you might give that a try.
