Have you tried GimmeSomeTune? It will fetch both the lyrics and the album artwork. Plus it works with Last.fm

I'm also looking for a Windows application that automatically downloads the lyrics to your Itunes songs from an online db. Have you found any good lyrics application yet, Kirkus?
