A "mailto:" link is looking for an email client to compose an email to that address. If you are using Apple Mail, launch Mail, click Mail menu > Preferences > General tab and make sure that the Default Mail Client is set to Mail.

If you want to use another mail client, you may need to post back for help setting that up.

Hope this helps...

In that case, launch Mail, click Mail menu > Preferences > General tab and make sure that the Default Mail Client is set to Entourage (you may have to navigate there via Applications > MS Office). It does seem counterintuitive, but the place to set the default email client is Mail, +even if you are selecting a default client other than Mail!+. (The same is true for web browsing - if you want Firefox as your default browser, you have to set that in Safari preferences.)

Hope this helps...
