Pre-Order won't download

I pre-ordered the new Lady Antebellum album about a week ago, it came out today but for some reason I cannot get it to download. It shows in my account as a Pending pre-order, but it is not coming down. I also cannot even find the album if I wanted to buy it now. Am I missing something here?

    Hi jforget1,

    Try click "Check for Purchases" on the Store tab. I can't see the new album too.

    iTunes may have deleted the album or delayed its release. But the best way to know is to contact iTunes Customer Support, by using [this form|>.

    I tried to pre-order the CD as well and it didn't work. Got no answers from Apple so I ended up canceling my purchase and ordered the MP3 version from Amazon for the same price and loaded it on to my laptop and am listening to it now. If you really want to get the CD now, then do what I did.

    I'm glad other people are having a problem with this album.

    The reason I won't go download it anywhere else or re-order it on iTunes is that the preorder came with the special features. What was it, the video, two other videos, and an extra track? I pre-ordered my album with these features in mind and I want these bonus tracks with it.

    Anxiously awaiting an answer to this problem

    I have this same problem all the time. Every other preorder is like this. And of course the "Report a Problem" button is for purchased items only -- not pending preorders. I had to submit a problem report under a previous purchase and then say in the note that it's really for a different order. Of course the customer support people will get confused as usual (about this, about what the problem is, etc.), and I'll go back and forth several times before they finally can help me. iTunes really needs a fix for this.
