3-way sync

I'm trying to keep Address Book on my Mac, my iphone contacts, and my yahoo contacts all in sync. The first sync went great but subsequent syncs haven't worked. Either the changes don't propagate through all three locations or I get duplicate entries.

All the help I have seen here seem to focus on one time problems that a RESET SYNC command fixes. Anyone else having this problem?
