"Good news" voice

Does anyone know where the "good news" voice in "System preferences>Speech>text to speech" came from? It seems so familiar but I just can't put my finger on it.
Thx!

What do mean where did it come from? It has been part of the Mac OS for at least a dozen years -- at least back to Mac OS 7.5.

Or maybe you mean what is the tune? Pomp and Circumstances March No. 1 by Sir Edward Elgar, often played at graduation ceremonies in the US.
