Xpostfacto

Hi there

Could someone please give me direct working link to a download of Xpostfacto 3.1 - I keep getting directed to either version 4 or a dead link - Ive tried all the links at the OWC website . I have a Lombard and its currently running 10.2 - I want to upgrade to Tiger using xpostfact 4 but this doent install with OSX 10.1 - I cant upgrade to 10.1 or 10.2 until I use xpostfacto 3 to install one of them then I can run xpostfacto 4 and install Tiger

Thanks

Troy

XPostFacto runs great under Mac OS 9, including the versions running from OS 9 System/Install CDs.

With two CD/DVD drives, you can boot from an OS 9 CD, and run XPostFacto to install the Add-Ons needed to boot from the Mac OS X 10.3 or 10.4 Install CD. But if you have only one CD/DVD drive, you will have to install OS 9 on the Hard drive and boot to the Hard Drive version of OS 9 to free up the CD/DVD drive.

Later, you can boot from an OS 9 System/Install CD and run XPostfacto to select booting from the Mac OS X Hard Drive image, once it has been installed.
