lost password on Time Capsule.. help

Lost the password on the Time Capsule. Running Time capsule as my primary wireless with a secondary to an airport express that links my printer and remote speakers. I have access to the larger network created that way with a password, but no direct access to the Time Capsule. Misplaced the password. Want to be able to just dump files for storage from a separate drive that needs to be re-formatted, but need direct access to just the time capsule. Any ideas on resetting the password, or recovery??
