linear phase EQ -- different from that described in manual?

The linear phase EQ which is available as an insert has a completely different set of controls compared to that described in the "instruments and effects" manual. The learn and match functions are not there, for instance. (the control surface looks just like the regular Logic channel EQ).

I have the up to date version of the app (1.51), so where is the more complex version of the linear phase EQ?
