How to-Batery Health

My MBP is very new and was reading through here finding ways to get the most out of my battery. I saw that people are talking about their battery health being so much percentage, and wanted to know how do I find out the health percent of my battery?? Do I get that from a program??? I know how to find the battery cycles from the 'about this mac' option but wanted to know where to find the battery health percent?? Thanks.
