iMovie Download

Hello. I am using an iMac G3 for making movies in iMovie 4. I know because of the computer's age and what I have in it, an older version of iMovie will run nicer. I remember a long time ago that either iMovie 1 or 2 was posted as a free downoad. Does anybody know where I can find them? I have been looking for them for hours!

iMac G3/ iMovie 1 or 2, Mac OS X (10.4.10), I can run Mac OS 9.2.1 for iMovie 1 or 2

Unfortunately, they are no longer available as a download.

What problems do you have with iMovie 4?

I don't really have any problems with iMovie 4, but I'm very impatient and iMovie 4 runs extremely slow.

iMovie 4 is as fast as iMovie 2.

Quit iMovie.
In YOUR Library folder, go to Preferences and delete com.apple.imovie3.plist and com.apple.imovie.plist.
Repair permissions (Apple's Disk Utility).
Try iMovie again.

No, they are not hidden.

Did you go to YOUR folder, as I wrote? (It looks like a house)
There is the Library folder you want.
