Output list of RSS Feeds from a Text List of URLs

Is there anyway to use Leopard's Automator application to process a .txt document containing a list of URLs (not feed URLs, but rather site URLs), and then somehow have it find out what each site's RSS feed is, and then return the results as a list of RSS Feeds (either in a simple list of, or as an opml file)?

If not, does anyone know of a website that might offer such a service? How about an application, or an applescript?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

I hope you can offer me some more guidance then just "yes, there is"...

I've already found all of the rss/feed actions, but have no idea how to use those actions to somehow output a list of valid rss feeds from a text list of regular urls?

Can you please embellish a little bit....if it truly is a really simple workflow that would be needed, perhaps you can respond with something like:

1)get selected finder items
2)get feeds from urls
3)etc

...and if you could also let me know how the workflow should ideally be triggered (i.e. from the finder context menu, as an application that runs on the frontmost text edit document, etc..etc...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
