Import CSV to Address Book.

I want to import a csv of my MS Outlook Contacts into Address Book. File / Import / Text File gives me the dialog which allows me to scroll through the records. When I click 'OK' nothing happens - the dialog remains open but no import, no error message, no beach ball. If I click on cancel then the dialog closes.

The Address Book remains empty.

Something so simple, what am I missing. Thanks
