Catalogue My iTunes Library

I'd like to create a listing of artists and album titles from my iTunes library. If I open the xml file this has lots of stuff that i don't want... track listing, genre, rating etc.

Is there an easy way, or a piece of software that I can use to create a text file with artist and album titles only that I can print?
