Cleaning the Trackpad?

Hi.
Somehow there seems to be some kind of slightly sticky thing on the trackpad (sort of a film) is there any way to clean this off? I don't want to wreck the computer. Also if I need to clean the body of the computer how would i do that? Would using say rubbing alcohol work?

stay away from ALCOHOL

You can use something like iKlear which they sell at the apple store, it's alcohol and ammonia free

Apple recommends just using water to barely dampen a lint free cloth for cleaning. I have also used the stuff you use to clean your eyeglasses with to remove grime. It's important that the cloth be just damp, as you never want any liquid to get down the crack around the trackpad.

iKlear Apple Polish products are good for everything but the trackpad. Damp soft cloth only for the trackpad.
