any status change on Entourage attchment corruption??

Like many others, I ran into a problem with sending email attachments using Entourage when Tiger first came out... I haven't heard anything in a while about that topic... I did a quick search and didn't see any recent, pertinent posts... Does anyone know whether there has been any fix to this problem??? I see that a new service pack is now out related to Microsoft Office 2004 but I didn't see in the release notes any mention of this issue... I sent an attachment successfully to myself at work recently but that doesn't mean much as some times attachments would get through and some times not... I haven't yet had time to do a more extensive test... Anyone know the current status of this problem??? thanks....
