How To Copy Photos From iMovie to iPhoto

Hi,

I want to take photos that I've made in iMovie 08 (via adding still frames to project) and then copy them to iPhoto or some other application. I'm able to select one and under the file menu copy it....but then I'm unable to paste it anywhere outside of iMovie. How can I add the copied still frame to iPhoto or some other application?

ctrl/right-click on on your 'still clip' in Project Window..
choose 'Reveal in Finder'
drag .jpg into iPhoto window..

Use the "Reveal in Finder" context menu option to locate the actual file. If you double click on the file it will open in the Preview application. In the Preview application you can either save the file to any visible location on any of your hard drives or "Copy" it to memory (i.e., to the "Clipboard") which can then be pasted in most other applications.
