Numbers: How do I make a completely blank sheet?

As it says, maybe I'm not seeing what is right in front of me! All I want is to be able to have a new sheet with no formatting at all. That is no headers or anything....completely blank except for rows and columns and the corresponding numbers. Even when I choose "blank" with the template, it still gives me a top and left header. What's the secret??? Thanks, Dan
