Photos Don't Sync PC->iPhone or iPhone->PC

After having the phone for about a week I took my first pictures. When I docked it to my PC that night I was prompted to run a software update which I now assume was to enable me to sync between the two.

At the time, the message indicated that a program that didn't pass some Microsoft Logo testing(??) wanted to go to Windows update for software...I said 'no' when asked if I wanted to give the program permission since it wasn't recognized by MS. Whoops...

Anyone know how I can get that program to run now so that I can snyc photos? Kind of a worthless feature on my phone until it's fixed.

One way to get pictures you've taken with the iphone to the computer is through my computer.
Connect the iphone to the computer.
Now open my computer.
In the section for scanners and cameras, you should see Apple iPhone.
Double click on Apple iPhone and you should see the pictures you've taken with the iphone.
From here you can copy and paste where ever you want on the computer.
You can also delete any photos you've taken with the iphone.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the response. I had searched this forum before posting and tried all the suggestions including your's. None have worked. My phone doesn't show up under "My Computer".

It must all go back to whatever program the PC asked my permission to install that I declined because I didn't realize it was software from my phone/for iTunes.

Anyone have asuggestion beyond been previously posted? The only work around has been to email myself pictures that I want to keep. Frustrating.
