DIVX conversion, no audio

When I export a movie into the DIVX converter, I select the video quality, etc. but I leave the audio settings alone. The converter recognizes that the video that I'm converting does have audio.

I cannot figure out why there is no audio on the converted DIVX video. I even changed .divx to .avi and there's still no audio.

When I export videos to Compressor, the audio is always fine.
