DVD wont play

DVD wont play

My DVDs will not play on some phillips dvd players and on most windows, but they play fine on macs.

What can I do to guarantee my boss his all costumers will be able to enjoy the DVD without any problems?

The first thing I'd do is try different media. What are you using now?

Many, many desk and laptop PCs do not have mpeg2 decoders are any DVD software apps.

VLC will work sometimes, but DVD support on PCs is pretty poor.

As to Philips, along with Toshiba, they have problems.

I was using office depot DVD-R, then i tried Verbatim-R and TDK+R. None work on the phillips dvd player. I'm gonna give up trying to use that dvd player and conclude that the problem is with the DVD player and not my workflow... unless someone else has a solution 😀
