Scratch On Camera Lens

Yea, so.. My camera lens is kinda scratched up. It's not like dug in scratches, but it's more like a smudge. I've tried using windex to clean it off, i've tried using the cloth that came with the phone, but nothing seems to remove it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks..

Apple charges a flat fee for any sort of accidental damage to an iPhone. See:

It's not going to be cheap, so you'll have to think hard about whether it's worth it to you. You may find a third-party repair shop that could replace the camera for you, though having a shop repair it will probably void the warranty should you still have warranty coverable left.

if its actually a scratch...you probably need to replace it if that is something you want to keep using and its affecting your pictures

Yea, I use my camera non-stop, and it affects the pictures slightly.. for instance, if you hold it up to a light, the picture blurs.. How much would it cost to get it replaced?

I have a scratch on my camera lens but it doesnt seem to affect pictures 1 bit.

It would be less expensive to buy a cheap digital camera than having Apple replace the phone.

I have the same thing. There are slight scratches that sometimes blur the photos. I purchased apple care with the phone, would that take care of the repair?
