IPhone won't turn on...

Weird thing happened yesterday. Halfway through the day I could not get my Iphone to turn on. WEven tried to reset while screen was black to no avail. When I returned home I docked the phone and the phone turned on. The charge indicator displayed state as half full. Any ideas???

Also, early in the day I got an error message about an "unidentified SIM" and to connect with ITunes.Phone indicated "no service." I turned phone on and off and service returned? Thanks for any help

That sounds like a hardware issue--either the battery of logic board acting up. Contact Apple and get it looked at.

Thanks Mark...One other quick question...Is there a way to quickly delete all stored email messages (Trash folder) as an option to the cumbersome one-at-a-time delete process? Thanks again...

Hi to all!!
I have a new iphone , i can sen and recieve calls but on the sreen i have no menu and it allways sho only emrgency call.Wen i plug it on Itunes i have the message phone loked.
What can i do pliz???

Try restoring the iPhone. If you can't access the iPhone' s Restore tab in iTunes, enter recovery mode.
