Pismo Freezes

Hi,

I have a 400 MHz Pismo. Basically when it boots it gets all the way to the log in window and then when you start logging in it freezes. I tried running tech tools on it and It loads Tech Tools up and then freezes mid operation with the round rainbow wheel present. Anybody have any thoughts? It also doen't chime on start up and I don't see any LED light in the bezel window.
