iPhone and Motorola H300

I'm having a hard time pairing my iPhone with the Motorola H300 Bluetooth headset. I turn on the headset, and turn Bluetooth on on my iPhone, but nothing happens. The iPhone says it's discoverable, but the headset never appears in the list of devices. Thanks in advance for your help!
