Adding a 2nd DVD Burner to Mac Pro (early 08)

I recently bought a new MacPro (early 08) and was considering adding a second DVD Burner to it. I have a Plextor 755 drive in my PC that I was hoping to move across.

Will there be any issues using this in the MacPro? Will all the Apple Apps be able to burn using it?

It should be okay. check out xlr8yourmac.com for a list of compatible drives. If you're stuck, you could try "patchburn" (www.patchburn.de) if iTunes doesn't recognize it, but more often than not, it will
