iWeb writes page code that calls the QuickTime browser plug-in. QuickTime no longer supports .swf playback (security issues) so you can't use drag and drop to insert your Flash file.
iWeb 2 allows html "snippets". This method would allow you to publish your Flash file to another server (or .Mac if your hand make the html file) and then it can add the needed page code to call the Flash Player browser plug-in.

You keep repeating yourself.

1. Put the swf file on the webserver.

2. Display it in the browser: http://web.mac.com/dotMacID/folder/file.swf

3. Make sure it's there. Here's a sample flash file:

http://web.mac.com/wyodor/_Flash/flash.swf

4. Copy the address and paste it in the object code I gave you.

5. Adjust width and height and then copy the lot in the HTML Snippet.

It should work.

Wyodor, First let me say you are wonderful, and first class for being so patient!

I think I understand what you are saying but I want to repeat it to see if I have it...

1. First I create my .swf project (I'm using SWF'n Slide Pro)
2. Then I upload it to a server and locate the browser address (This is were I need more help please)
3. Then I use the code you provided above for .swf and add it into the HTML Snippet (I'm using iWeb08) making sure to add my .swf html browser information in place of yours. I need to indicate correct .swf size also (not sure how to tell what the size is to begin with)
4. Then I publish my iWeb website to my server (I'm using Cyberduck to publish to my website).

Is the above correct?

If so, the area where I publish my .swf to my server (my server is cPanel) and locate the HTML browser information for the .swf is where I need your help please!

Thank You SO much!
