Disk is too slow or System Overload error...

hi,
after a upgrade to LP8 just now..playing their Demo,error prompt Disk is too slow or System Overload!!However i choose the i/o buffer size to the high and low...result is the same.

What s'ld i do?

2ndly,why i doesn't see the i/o buffer Level Meter as they do provide in LP7?

You say nothing about your hardware so it's difficult to understand the problem.

BTW the demos are very heavy and you can't use them directly from the CD (or DVD, don't remember now).

Copy them to your internal disk.
