Alterative to Wire Tap Pro

Hi,I have been using Wire Tap Pro for a while in demo form but now it has died.Does anybody know of another similar programm. I reckon Wire Tap Studio(Ambrosias latest offering) is a bit much at $69. I just need a simple bit of software to record direct from the system.I am on 10.3.9 Panther.All ideas welcome and thanks in advance!
