error 69 and but no corrupted files

Hi. I have this problem for almost a year now, and yet no solutions. I just can´t fullly sync my 60G iPod in iTunes, as errors 53&69 happen to ruin my day. Windows can totally full it with files and folders. So, it´s not a corrupted HD, right?
There´s no problem using any file in iTunes, also. So what? I´ve restored the player about ninetyt times now. It´s a huge problem. Thanks in advance

I haven't worked on 53s for a while. one of the things I used to associated them with was damaged library files.

So it may be worth trying a library file recreation, as per:

How to recreate your iTunes Library

Any better luck with syncing with the fresh library files in place?

Did you get that when adding the song files back to the library, this time? Or did the Add go okay (as far as you can tell), and that's the message you're getting on trying syncing again?

No problems at all adding again song files, the message appears unfortunatedly only during syncing. I´ve read article abour error -69 many many times, that doesn´t explain my difficult. Nothing wrong with files itunes stops copying while syncing, I could notice iTune is able to copy them in another frustation session of syncing... I appreciate your words, thank you

Strange isn´t it? That seems like those files of yours can´t be found. It´s not my problem, synce all my songs are in Windows(hunr..) Music folder. Yesterday I found one file iTunes coundn´t copy to iPod for that now pretty ´unknown -69 err´, and in the next session, after restore #101 or so, the same file passed as ok and was put in the player alright, and played. No patterns of damage files up to now.
I notice there´s this 1GB Album Artwork folder under iTunes one, do you know if I need it as well as the songs? Looking for answers, I don´t want to give up. Thanks

Well, I just had to sit and watch the consolidate process & I finally noticed that it was having problems consolidating one batch of files that were added to the compilations folder all in the same day, and the problem files had an accented character in the name (La Bohème).

So I moved them out of the compilations folder, and things went better. I reported it as a bug to Apple using iTunes > Help > Feedback.

So - if you start noting which files have problems, maybe you will notice a pattern or some similarities between the files that sometimes do not copy, such as if they are in the compilations folder, have special artwork, are they MP3, AAC, WAV, or whatnot...

Are you using auto or manual sync, by the way?

If using auto sync, perhaps it is a certain playlist causing problems? I'm not fmailiar with your library, obviously, so it's kinda up to you to figure out the pattern from here on out, but I think my advice is solid.

The album artwork folders store artwork that has been downloaded from the itunes store.

Katrina, seeing you post has made me happy. Though my issue remains not resolve, it´s good to find someone taking his time to write me about my concern.

Going to the point:
1-All my digital songs remains in iTunes folder, nevertheless I´ve processed a Consolidate command, wich took little time to be finished, like nothing to copy.
2-I´m not used to make compilations in iTunes (in fact I´m a litte asshamed for not knowing what it mean by now - guess I didn´t need it)
3-Apple feedback will have my problem detailde explained, hope it may help
4-No pattern notice in the last sessions of tried syncings. I notice two files that didn´t had anything in common, all information were like average ones.
5-These 2 files of #4 were sucessfully copied to iPod in later sessions.
6-I was trying syncing manually-but I changed it some time ago to be automatic. Ib began syncing alright, just to stop moments later with error -69. Syncing frustation counting number raising.
7-Today I have no playlists anymore-I´ve copied the way it was before, so I can recreate they the same way in other time. I use mostly smart playlists.
8-Tryied copying no artworks-and no changes to error.

By now I consider the error 69 a giant enemy! Need some allies...

Again, thank you for your words, I´ve really aprecciated it.
