How to insert a text box in Excel '08?

Hey all
How to insert a text box in Microsoft Excel 2008 for mac? I have tried a google search and searched the Office help too, but without luck. Anyone knows how to do?

A cell is a text box unless used for a formula.

If you want a dedicated and movable box for text then use WordArt and insert a WordArt object. You can change the text, font, size, etc. and move the object's location in the spreadsheet.
