Managing OS X Server from Windows

Is there a way to manage OS X Server from Windows? Is there a Windows-version of Server Preferences or Server Admin. I guess not? Or via a webinterface?
How do people here manage their OS X Servers from Windows?

My suggestion is use VNC to connect to your server remotely and then use the server admin and workgroup manager from the server to manage it. You can turn on sharing for VNC under system preferences / sharing. RealVNC works well as do many other. As for a windows version of server admin, I don't think one exists, but VNC is how we manage at this point when on a Windows box.
