How is the mini Pal?
I have had my Mac Mini since March and no problems at all so far but anything can happen.
Having over 3,000 family pictures and over 8 Gigs of music i have finally decided to buy a external back up hard drive so that i can back up all the files in case the hard drive crashes.
So i have been looking around and found Acomdata's mini Pal 160GB External FireWire Hard Drive to be the best deal out there, it sells for about $150 and i can get it for a lot less from my job, but how is the quality compared to brands like Western Digital, are the mini Pal's just a reliable?
I also like the mini Pal because then i can get rid of my HUB and just use the mini Pal as a HUB.
So any feedback here or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, again i really like the mini Pal but if there's something better out there and more reliable then please let me know.
And if the Best Buy stores carry whatever your suggestion is then that's even better 🙂
