Voicemail Messages are all Static

Whenever I listen to my visual voicemail messages, they are pure static. I can not make out any of the message. People continue to leave me messages, so somehow I can still get voicemail, but I can't listen to it properly.

How can I fix this?

MacBook Pro 2.4GHz 4GB Ram, Mac OS X (10.5)

Hey Illegit,

Do the voicemail's sound normal when you call standard voicemail? For AT&T, Goto Phone> Keypad> hold the #1 key.

If not, you may want to call the cellular service provider. For AT&T just dial 611 from the iPhone.

If the voicemail's sound fine when you call standard voicemail but sound different on the iPhone, try a reset or restore of the iPhone.
