MAC Driver for Dell Printer

I've just moved from Dell PC to Mac and would like to use my Dell 944 all in one printer, I've looked at the Dell web site but can't find a Mac driver for my printer, am I wasting my time looking as there is no such thing, if not has anybody idea where I might find the correct driver. Many thanks

Unfortunately it looks like this question has been asked several times over the years:

Dell are one of the few manufacturers who don't seem to offer Mac drivers for printers. Gutenprint (an open source print driver doesn't cover them either). I've also looked through online reviews to see if this AIO is based on say a Lexmark or Canon engine in which case it may have been possible to use that driver but I can't see any evidence of that.
