Irregular MIDI Notes

Hello
I started up logic express 7.2 today, intending to do some MIDI work. But when I loaded up any virtual instrument and played a regular C scale on my keyboard, this is what it sounded like

I think you've inadvertently selected a different scale type other than the equal temperament type we all normally use - you need to go into Song Settings (which I think is under the File menu). There are two radio buttons - normally 'equal temperament' or something similar is selected but if you hit the other button you can choose from a pretty extensive list of scale types. So just put it back to the other button and that should be it - a feature not used by many people I imagine, but worth trying for something like an oud sample with one of the middle eastern scales, for example.
