Clickable link (URL) in Signature in Mail

I would like to find a way to have a URL in my signature but have it linked from a piece of text.

In a messaged I can type My URL (for instance) then chose edit/link and paste the URL. Then the 'My URL' is a clickable piece of text.

Has anyone managed to do this with a signature?
