Syncing ipod and itunes

Please help me. How do you sync your ipod and itunes without loosing music already on the ipod. I delete the music them off itunes to save space on my pc, once i have loaded them on my ipod. PLEASE HELP!!!!

You can set your iPod to manually manage and drag whatever you want on it.
However, what you're trying to do is extremely dangerous, if something happens to your iPod, your music will be gone. I would consider at least burning them to a CD or copying to a portable HD.
