Audio not syncing with video

So, everything is fine in FCP, but when I import the quicktime file into DVD studio pro, some of the clips loose audio sync. It's by mere frames, but the track are dead on in FCP. Anybody deal with this issue before?

The simulator is not perfect. Your best bet is build and burn a DVD to play on a set-top player (thought people have mentioned LCD tvs can also have some audio fall out of synch from time to time.) Did you make the audio AC3? That can also help. Any more details on the workflow?

No. I made an AIF mix of the audio and then did a layback to video in a new sequence. Making the audio an AC3 will help, you think?
