wireless fax modem?

I need the ability to send faxes once in a blue moon (when the pdf files are too big to send via eFax). I don't have room, nor do I want to see a fax machine laying around.

Can anyone recommend a good solution for faxing PDF documents? I would think that a wireless (bluetooth?) fax modem tucked behind a cabinet and plugged into a POTS line would be a good solution, but I'm not seeing anything that jumps out at me.

Any suggestions?

Macbook Pro 15", Mac OS X (10.4.10), 2 GB RAM

In order to fax you need a fax modem connected to your telephone line. There are wireless fax modems (see Google) but you still need a connection to your phone line.

Yes, thanks. (POTS = Plain Old Telephone Service)

I'm looking for a modem that will connect to the Plain Old Telephone Service line in my office and connect to my Mac(s) wirelessly. I don't want to hassle with wires and also don't want to hassle with sharing from one connected Mac via the wireless LAN (which in my experience is fraught with problems on a Mac or PC)

thanks - I'm looking for a recommendation from someone that has found something that works. The only one I find with a Google search is the Zoom 4300 which does not seem to be in mainstream availability right now. its also unclear whether it will work as a fax from OSX.

I ended up buying a Brother MFC-7840w fax/scanner/printer and wiring it up to an additional AEB unit acting in "bridge mode". Works beautifully and allows for faxing and scanning across the network from all of our Macs.
