iPod with color display is now monochrome after update?
Hi,
I have 2 other ipods a Ipod 5th gen Video 60 gig, and a Ipod 4th gen monochrome 20 gig. I just bought a new in box iPod 20 gig with color display.Before I hooked it up to Itunes it showed a color display.I plugged it into my usb port and windows detected it fine.I started up Itunes and it said my firmware had to be updated.I updated the firmware and now it no longer has a colored screen. The screen color looks just like my Ipod 4th gen monochrome.
I can't figure out how to fix this.
Any help would be great.
