Where is the "Summary Tab"??

Where is the "Summary Tab"??

I want to manage songs on my iPod manually. The iTunes help says "If the Summary pane is not showing, click the Summary tab.". But there is NO summary tab. How do I find it?

Select the iPod in iTunes to see the Summary tab.

When I select the iPod, I see only two tabs, "Settings" and Contents", no "Summary" tab. How do I get the Summary tab?

Are you by any chance connecting an iPod shuffle? Those are the tabs for that model. A shuffle doesn't have a Summary tab. The Settings tab is the shuffle's equivalent of a Summary tab.
