HDCP is not supported by my HDMI connection

I just purchased a movie from the iTunes store to watch on my AppleTV. When I tried to watch the move, I got an alert saying "Requires HDCP for playback. HDCP is not supported by your HDMI connection. Use the component video connection to watch the content."

What does "Use the component video connection to watch content mean."? I have a lot of wires connecting the various video components connected to my TV that only the Best Buy Geek squad has dealt with, so even if I new what component video connection the alert is referring to I doubt if I can easily connect it.

Should I try to get my money back from Apple's iTunes store or is there a simple way to set things up to watch this movie?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Yesterday my Apple TV worked fine with my Infocus Projector connected by HDMI via DVI converter. Today I can not play any content. I have tried everything. I have the current version of software 2.1. This very unsatisfactory how can it work one day and not the next. I have read some of the comments on this but there does not seem to be any fix. Any suggestions please.
