Image Trend Fisheye-Hemi plug-in Installer

Image Trend's installer requires installation in the Admin side ONLY, however, the plugin does NOT show up in Aperture 2.1 in other users. I've emailed Image Trend about this but have heard no reply yet. Anyone have any workarounds?

try copying it from the root level Library to the user/Library/ ...

That seemed to have worked, except that the Fisheye-Hemi Plugin will not accept the serial number, although it displays the dialog box indicating the purchase. Every photo has the unregistered watermarks of Trend Image after editing despite entry of the serial number. I tried relaunching Aperture without any effect.
