GeForce 7800GTX PCI-Express Cards on Ebay

Will any nVidia GeForce 7800GTX PCI-Express card be compatible with a Quad Core G5 (latest spec), or are some of them PC-only versions, and if so - how to tell the difference?

I really want to upgrade the GeForce 6600 which I purchased the machine with, but the only listings which mention Mac specifically are buy-it now from the other side of the world (I'm in UK) at inflated prices.

Hi-

The 7800 GTX cards that are listed on eBay for Mac's, are PC cards that have had the ROM replaced with Mac ROM- they're flashed.
As said, the 7800 GTX was never a Mac option, so the one's that are available as "Mac" cards, are flashed PC cards.

BTW, the 7800 GTX PC version is an average of US$500 ($300-$640+). The price asked by the fellow from Hong Kong isn't outrageous for a new card that has been converted (thus "refurbished"), especially considering the lack of upgrade options available for the Mac.
No personal interest, just keeping it real......
